SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Nickolas Stevens, REALTOR® · First Home Utah (a website operated by Nick Stevens under Century 21 Everest) (“we,” “us,” or “First Home Utah”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
The short version
We text you only about your real estate inquiry after you opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
1. Program description
When you opt in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from First Home Utah (Nickolas Stevens, Licensed Utah REALTOR®, DRE #13980555-SA00) related to your real estate inquiry. This includes replies to questions you send us, information you specifically requested (such as a home value estimate or rate sheet), scheduling of calls and showings, new-listing alerts, and market updates, where you have opted in to those.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms (for example the sign-up at /text-updates, the home value estimator, or the mortgage calculator), or by texting our business number first. We only send messages to people who have affirmatively opted in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or transaction.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages in direct response to your requests, plus periodic updates if you opted in to those. We do not send a fixed number of messages per week or month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply.First Home Utah does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to you. You may also opt out by emailing nick.stevens@firsthomeutah.com.
6. Help (HELP)

7. Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include all major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile information, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance.
